Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All bookings are considered final sale, and we’re unable to offer refunds. We understand that plans can change and kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be subject to the full service fee. Please note that all session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
